Sandblasted signs are another of Southernmost Signs specialties.  Each sign, though following the same basic process, can look completely different from one another.

 Once the wood is processed by blasting all unmasked surfaces to the desired depth, it is primed and base coated.

The remaining raised graphics and copy can then be painted, gilded or have vinyl graphics applied.

In this case, the client requested additional height to the graphics and copy.  One and two inch thick acrylic letters were fabricated and gilded

 Holes are drilled to accommodate
 the screws that will secure the letters to the faces.

   The finished letters were applied with hidden tap screws. 

 The completed sign with the addition of the acrylic letters has a greater deal of dimensional impact than a standard sandblasted sign.

 The logo ornament was fashioned by the same methods discussed above and added on top of the main body of the sign. It adds yet another layer of interest to this great looking sign!
